Week 1: Analyze existing customer processes. Interview customer and draft sample process.

Week 2: Propose a requirement document. Short enough to be read, containing both story board and business constraints.

Week 3: Customer reviews requirement document. We suggest reusable open source components.

Week 4: Include customer feedback into review document. Estimate development and operating costs. Customer approves estimate.

Weeks 5 and 6: Setup first prototype, quality insurance and change process. Schedule review with customer.

Weeks 7 and 8: Review prototype with customer, build, test and first customer release.

Weeks 9 and 10: Stabilization and load testing. Recurring change meeting with customer.

Week 11: Delivery. Train customer staff. Intensive care.

Week 12: Install first release and switch to maintenance mode.
